Everything is really nice here. The location is great, close to town. The staff are all nice and eager to please. the swimming pool is wonderful. The apartment is nice and large.

Our 2 months of stay at White Mansion is very relaxing after the incident occured in our house (Nabunturan).
This place is very comfortable, pleasant, and safe to live in. We could not ask for anything more...
It is so convinient to everywhere like shopping mall, churches, golf, and some other tourist spots in Davao City. We are proud to recommend White Mansion to other people in the world. However we prefer to stay in this place rather than our own house...

Hello to everyone at the White Mansion. I can't remember if I have emailed you once already but my new wife of just over one month asked me if I did. You, your hotel and those that work there are forever a wonderful memory for us. I told my wife before we were married that White Mansion would always be known as our first home together. We were just sorry we weren't able to stay longer. After we left you we stayed at the Regency. It doesn't match up to the WM. I am coming back to Davao to be with my wife and new family some time January. I don't know when just yet. I hope it will be before or after the convention in town. As I am writing this email my wife is remodeling her house. Right now it isn't up to American standards, if you know what I mean. If it isn't at those standards by the time I plan to be there and you have a room at WM, we will for sure contact you.

The biggest "BANG for the BUCK" in Davao City. Dare to compare and "good luck". Large beautiful well furnished suites. Very private, quiet and exceptionally clean through-out. Secure and close to all amenities. Great staff most of all very accommodating. I have stayed at four star hotels in Davao and my money is on the White Mansion. Bert and his wife Bing go beyond the call of duty to make your stay pleasant and memorable as possible. This is a family owned and operated business that takes pride. Give credit where credit is due. For almost 2 weeks of staying here,I have of course felt so safe because the security is so tight. In terms of facilities, i would say that everything is convenient. I had peace of mind during my first stay here in White mansion. I recommend this place to my friends who maybe coming very soon.

No cloth to wash face in room.
No juice, Beer in the refrigarator only beer.
American Breakfast was not appealing to look at or eat.
Toast no buttered, No jams or peanut butter was offered or available.The fresh fruit was an apple with a big bruise and the skin was wrinkled.
On the Positive note: Your staff especially Carla were very Polite and Courteous. Well Done!!!
P.S: We were not charged the american Breakfast.

The Management is not good!!!!!!
I am very very much disappointed with White Mansion!!!! They force me to pay the
whole amount of rental during my first stay! Shit!! I have no peso bill and the
cashier didn't accept US dollar. Dawn fucking Shit their management don\'t know how
to manage the Hotel, very much stupid! They don’t know how to mange their business.
I cannot run, I already traveling all around the world but only white Mansion I
encountered forcing me to pay the whole amount during my arrival. I will pay credit
cards, but they added 6% for the bank charge. bullshit!! The manager cannot wait me to
pay. To the girls who went up and assisted me during my stay thank you I know you
guys, just doing your job. No problem from you only the management HAVE A BIG
PROBLEM!!! If you continue that no one will stay your place!!!!. This is my FEEDBACK
